Dispersion study consists in modelling the impact of an industrial site on its environment.
A modelling can be realized on the basis of emissions site diagnosis or using estimated emissions values for a future site.
Topographic data of the studied area, weather data for at least one year and characteristics of site emissions sources are used to generate 2D or 3D maps. They are displayed through a software specialised in dispersion study and can be animated. They provide information concerning level and frequency of odours and/or COV during the year (percentile).
Impact studies realized by Olenticaallow meeting the regulatory requirements and evaluating the perimeter of nuisances studied. They are also an excellent vector of communication for public meetings or resident committees.
